Returns Policy

 

At ALYFT, we want you to feel confident with every order. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

To be accepted, all returned items must be in new condition, unworn, with original tags attached, and returned within the 14-day period. Items may be tried on, but any item worn beyond this will not qualify for a refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend returning your item using a tracked service, as ALYFT cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and checked, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

We are unable to accept returns for items that are not in new condition, show signs of wear, have been washed or altered, are missing tags, or are returned outside the 14-day return period.
