ALYFT was created with one clear vision: to design activewear that women genuinely want to wear and feel good wearing.

Founded by a personal trainer from Wales, the brand is built on real experience in fitness and a deep understanding of what women look for in their gymwear, tested through her own workouts — flattering fits, confident styling, and pieces that feel effortless to wear.

During her time living in Australia, ALYFT’s founder began her journey as a personal trainer, gaining first-hand insight into how important confidence, comfort, and style are when it comes to activewear. After returning home to Wales and continuing her work as a PT, that experience inspired the creation of ALYFT.

Seeing the gap between performance and style, she set out to create a brand that offered both — activewear that feels as good as it looks, with the fits designed to compliment our feminine curves whilst empowering women to feel strong.
