ALYFT was created with one clear vision: to design activewear women genuinely want to wear — pieces that flatter, perform and make you feel confident.

Founded by a personal trainer from Wales, ALYFT is built from real experience in fitness and an understanding of what women actually want from their gymwear. Every piece is designed with fit, movement and comfort in mind, and tested through real training.

The idea for ALYFT began during our founder’s time living in Australia, where she started her journey as a personal trainer. Working with women and experiencing the fitness lifestyle first-hand highlighted just how much the right activewear can influence how you feel — both in and outside of the gym.

After returning home to Wales, that idea became ALYFT.

The aim was simple: bring together performance and style without compromising either. Sculpting fits that complement feminine curves, comfortable fabrics you’ll want to live in, and pieces designed to move with you through training, rest days and everything in between.
