When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 working days.

How long does shipping take?

UK Standard Shipping takes 3–5 working days. UK Express Shipping takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I return my order?

Yes, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Can I return an item if I have worn it?

Items may be tried on, but any item worn beyond this will not be eligible for a refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
